Jeff Olchovy is the owner and principal consultant at Lonely Mountain Foundry.
He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Crisp.
Previously, Jeff served as Chief Technology Officer of Experian Marketing Services, the AdTech/MarTech arm of Experian plc.
As CTO, Jeff oversaw the organization's overall technology strategy and operations, leading over 120 staff members across engineering, data science, information security, IT, and program management.
Prior to Experian, Jeff served as CTO of Tapad, Inc., successfully leading the organization through its acquisition by Experian Marketing Services. Jeff joined Tapad in 2012 as one of its early software engineers where he developed the underlying platforms and systems that would power its DSP and identity graph products. After Tapad's acquisition by Telenor Group in 2016, Jeff relocated to Oslo, Norway to establish Tapad's second engineering site. He assumed the positions of Chief Architect and CTO upon his return to the US.
Prior to Tapad, Jeff served as an early engineer and technical advisor for various technology start-ups throughout New York City. Jeff continues to consult and advise organizations large and small through Lonely Mountain Foundry, LLC.
He holds a bachelor's degree from New York University and an Executive MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business, specializing in Technology Management and Operations and Leadership and Change Management. He is a Master's in Software Engineering candidate at Brandeis University.
Jeff is a native New Yorker and lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and two children.
